Built in 2007 by Beazer Homes, 900 Marshy Cove has 48 condo units on 4 floors. We are one of 5 homeowner organizations which make up the Deep Harbour Community on Cambridge Creek. We are blessed to be right on the creek and overlook the Deep Harbour Marina, as well as the public marina just outside the community's north gate.
Just two minutes away from Route 50, you can be in Ocean City or Annapolis in an hour and 10 minutes - how's that for location? DC is 1 hour and 50 minutes. Centrally located in Cambridge there are plenty of restaurants, small shops, and beautiful scenery within walking distance. Plus there are bike lanes and trails right outside the community.

Over half of the condos at Marshy Cove have a view of Cambridge Creek. One of the unique views we get to experience is the paddle boats on dinner cruises.
Amenities
One of the great amenities in the Deep Harbour community is our community pool. Open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day - it's a great place to get to know your neighbors and cool off from the summer heat and humidity.
